The Ottawa Heart Research Conference: Turning Heart Failure into Success: The Science and the Art (OHRC) 2015

This 3rd Annual Ottawa Heart Research Conference will highlight the best of international science in heart failure. The program will feature the prestigious National Heart & Stroke MacDonald Lecture delivered by Prof Douglas Mann, Chief of the Cardiovascular Division at the Washington University School of Medicine, who will be discussing his research on the molecular and cellular basis of the clinical presentation of heart failure.

This conference is also just in time for the tenth anniversary celebration of heart failure guidelines in Canada, and will highlight heart failure guidelines update by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) team. The art of looking after complex heart failure patients will be featured in interactive sessions done in conjunction with the CCS Heart Failure Society.
