Gordon W. Moe MD

Dr Gordon W. Moe basic/bench research activities involves the use of a canine model of rapid pacing to study mechanisms of progression of heart failure. His clinical research activities involve the assessment of ultrafiltration and the use of biomarker including B-type natriuretic peptide and new biomarkers in the management of acute and chronic heart failure as well as the quality of care in heart failure. He is also interested in the assessment of the interaction of ethnicity with cardiovascular disease.
