OVERVIEW

Committed to the safety of maternal/infant exposure to medications and vaccines during pregnancy and lactation, the Center for the Promotion of Maternal Health and Infant Development at the University of California, San Diego will be hosting a 1.5 day CME program that will explore the leading clinical topics relevant to autoimmune diseases in pregnancy and lactation and the safety of the medications used to treat these diseases.
Experts will present and critically assess recent advancements and medical updates in treating women with autoimmune diseases during pregnancy and lactation and will bring you up-to-date with current best clinical practices. The successful completion of this program should improve attendees’ confidence in management of pregnant and breastfeeding women with autoimmune disease with the ultimate goal of improving patient and infant outcomes.
