OVERVIEW

This one day CME accredited educational course will review significant recent advances in the diagnosis, staging, and management of non-small cell lung cancer. Didactic sections will focus on lung cancer screening, treatment options for early stages of disease, genetic profiling of tumors, and cutting edge systemic therapies, including targeted agents and immunotherapies. A session will be devoted to highlighting major updates from the 2015 ASCO meeting. Cases illustrating clinical challenges will be presented in a Tumor Board format, and attendee participation and interaction will be sought during case presentation and Q&A sessions.

This activity is designed for internists, medical and radiation oncologists, nurses, physician assistants, pulmonologists, radiologists, respiratory therapists, thoracic surgeons, and other medical professionals involved in the screening and evaluation of high-risk patients as well as the diagnosis, staging and/or management of patients with thoracic malignancies.
