Zhiqing Liang

Professor Liang Zhiqing is the Director and researcher of Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Southwestern Hospital. He is the principle investigator of two three-years grants of the Science Research Foundation of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) (2001-2003, No. 30000183; 2002-2004, No: 30100201), the first program involved in designing of multi-value contraceptive peptides vaccine of sperm antigen. The second project was focus on designing and construction of a disposable micro-fabricated fluorescence-activated cell sorter that separates and enrichment fetus nucleated erythrocytes from peripheral blood cells of pregnant woman. In this clinical study he has a special interest in application of laparoscopy in treatment gynecology diseases and fetoscopy in treatment of fetal diseases in utero. Clinically, Prof Liang has accredited for laparoscopic radical hysterectomy, myomectomy, and para-aortic lymphadenectomy.
