Yvonne Wu MD, MPH

Dr. Yvonne Wu is a child neurologist and epidemiologist with expertise in newborn brain injury and cerebral palsy. After obtaining a BS from Yale and an MD from Harvard, she completed her pediatrics and child neurology residencies at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She has a master’s degree in epidemiology from University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Wu’s research has been funded by the NIH, Thrasher Research Foundation, Cerebral Palsy Institute, United Cerebral Palsy Foundation, and the Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation. She serves on the editorial boards of Pediatric Neurology and the Journal of Child Neurology and the advisory board of the Thrasher Foundation. She has also served as an elected member of the Society for Pediatric Research Council. Dr. Wu has won many awards for her teaching.
