Yolanda is a radiologist with expertise in interventional radiology and breast imaging. She serve people with cancer at various Memorial Sloan Kettering locations. Interventional radiology uses minimally invasive techniques to diagnose and treat people with cancer. She treat many types of cancers. This includes breast cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, uterine cancer, soft tissue cancer, and urinary tract cancer. She do image-guided biopsy, embolization, radioembolization, and ablation procedures.

She also care for people with cancer who have vascular problems. She do procedures such as thrombolysis, thrombectomy, angioplasty, and stenting to help diagnose and treat vascular disorders. She have special certification from the American Board of Vascular Medicine.

She is also a member of the Breast Disease Management Team. Using both interventional radiology and breast imaging, we provide people with the best available care. Breast imaging focuses on the diagnosis and management of breast cancer. She provide care for people with breast cancer using mammograms, ultrasound, MRI, image-guided biopsies, and ablations.
