Dr. Willie is a led operations performance improvement, customer service development and airline consultation , demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills in a complex airport environment.

With leadership of a multifunctional team of 240 people in project development and project execution with an annual spend of circa £180M with a portfolio of 70+ projects.
