Werner Hartwig MD, MBA

Professor Hartwig has been Chief Physician of the Clinic for General, Visceral and Vascular surgery. After his studies and his license to practice at the Ludwig-Maximilians At the University of Munich, Mr. Hartwig has most of his surgical training at the University of Munich Heidelberg University Hospital under the direction of Professor Christian Herfarth and later Professor Markus W. Buchler received.

Mr. Hartwig obtained in 2006 the Specialization in Visceral Surgery, was appointed Senior Physician in 2007 and achieved in 2013 the European Board of Surgery Qualification for Hepato-Pancreato Biliary (HPB) Surgery that identifies him as a specialist in liver and pancreatic surgery.
