Wayne S. Kubal MD

Dr. Wayne Kubal is a Professor Emeritus of medical imaging at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He is board-certified in Radiology and Neuroradiology. His research interests are Traumatic brain injury, Traumatic spinal cord injury, and Acute stroke Infections of the head, neck, and spine.

He has served on many of the society's committees, he is honored to be a fellow of the society and he currently serves as vice president of the society. He has also regularly presented educational courses at the annual meetings of the Radiologic Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the American Society of Emergency Radiology. He is currently co-editing a textbook on emergency radiology.
