Vasilios Tanos MD, PhD

Dr. Tanos MD Ph.D. works at the Aretino Hospital in Nicosia as a specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Head of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery and IVF. His team provides high-level health services in Obstetrics and Gynecology where they are successfully dealing with the rarest and difficult cases. he is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and she teaches at the Medical School of St. George's London at the University of Nicosia. He conducts his clinical research at the Medical School of the University of Nicosia as well as in the Department of Informatics and Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cyprus. It has a great interest in research and innovation in the fields of surgical reproduction and bio-informatics.

He is the Director of the European Academy of Gynecology Surgery in Nicosia and the Coordinator for Certification in Endoscopic Surgery for Reproduction (ECRES) at ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology).

Until recently, he was the General Secretary of ESGE (European Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy), MESGE (Middle East Society of Gynecological Endoscopy) and coordinator of the ESHRE Reproductive Surgery Group. He has published over 300 articles in international scientific journals, books, web video presentations and 240 speeches at international scientific conferences, of which 142 as a guest speaker. She participated as a guest surgeon and trainer in many hospitals and clinics in many Central and Asian countries.
