Uros Krivec MD

Uros Krivec is a pediatrician working at the university children’s hospital Ljubljana. He graduated from the University of Ljubljana and completed his pediatric residency at the University medical center Ljubljana in 2007. He won the European Respiratory Society Training Fellowship with prof. Brigitte Fauroux at Armand Trousseau Children's Hospital, Paris, in 2008.

Dr. Krivec leads the Unit for pediatric respiratory diseases with the national pediatric home ventilation program, respiratory sleep laboratory, and the cystic fibrosis center. Besides chronic respiratory insufficiency, his research interests include asthma, sleep medicine, and pediatric bronchoscopy. He is actively involved in pre and posts gradual education at the Medical faculty of the University of Ljubljana and in several working groups of the European respiratory society and the European cystic fibrosis society.
