Tracy Roake MBA, PhD

Dr. Tracy Roake is the Clinical Education Manager at Danat Al Emarat Hospital and Chair of the Resuscitation Committee. She is a registered nurse and certified Advanced Midwife, holding a Doctor of Business Administration, multiple master's degrees, and certifications in hypnobirthing and aromatherapy. Dr. Roake has previously served as the education officer for the ENA midwifery section and trained at Harvard Medical School. A Fellow of Nursing and Midwifery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, she completed her PhD in Healthcare Administration in September 2024. She was passionate about quality midwifery care and pioneered the first private hospital water births in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
