Dr. Tony Chipas, Ph.D., is a Clinician and Educator at MedStream Anesthesia, PLLC, Asheville, North Carolina, United States. He works on MegaCode Kelly. As a result, CHP has become a member of an elite group of programs in the country offering simulation training.
