Thomas Mccleaf PhD

Thomas McCleaf has worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Health for 15 years serving in a variety of leadership roles. He has been with our Immunizations Program for four and a half years serving as the Program Manager. His work experience with DOH includes informatics and IT, project and program management, and health statistics. His bachelor’s degree is in education and prior to working in state government he was a special education teacher.
