Takao Minamidate Graduated from the School of Human Sciences. He Graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, Fukuoka Dental College. He worked in the Orthodontics Department at Kyushu University Hospital. He completed the basic training course at the Japanese Orthodontic Association. He graduated from the Graduate School of Dentistry, Kyushu University (Doctor of Dental Science) in the Department of Orthodontics.
