Suzan Ibrahim Noori MD, MRCP, FRCP

Dr. Noori has extensive experience in the practice of Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology including Epilepsy, Movement Disorder, Stroke, and peripheral nerve involvement. She also specializes in Multiple Sclerosis and related diseases; leukodystrophies; and Neurogenetics and is an expert in both central and peripheral white matter disorders. Prior to joining University Hospital Sharjah, Dr. Noori was Consultant Neurologist and Specialist for Multiple Sclerosis in Rashid Hospital, Dubai, where she was nominated for the Dubai Government Excellence Programme (DGEP) for distinguished government employee.

She also heads the scientific committee of the UAE Multiple Sclerosis support group, for which she was also awarded for raising awareness. She is an active member of the various national and international associations including American Academy of Neurology (MAAN), Emirates Neurological Society (ENS), International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE), European Neurological Society, Emirates Multiple Sclerosis Society (MSSG), Multiple Sclerosis International Federation and Middle East North Africa Committee for Research and Treatment in Multiple Sclerosis (MENACTRIMS).
