Suguru Matsumoto, M.D. serves as Amery Medical Academy's Cardiac CTA Instructor at the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Center at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. Dr. Matsumoto's area of expertise is in the field of Cardiac CT Angiography, Heart failure, Cardiac Catheterization and Echocardiology. Dr. Matsumoto is a graduate from Jyuntendo University in Tokyo, Japan and received his medical degree. Dr, Matsumoto completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, as well as his cardiology fellowship, at Jyuntendo Shizuoka Hospital, Shizuoka and Tokyo Women Medical University, respectfully. Also, Dr. Matsumoto has worked as a cardiology staff consultant at Tama Hokubu Medical Center in Tokyo. Dr. Matsumoto is a Cardiac CT Angiography Fellow at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, mentored by Dr. Matthew J. Budoff, MD.
