Steven J. Cohen BA, MD

Steven J. Cohen, MD earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1992 from Cornell University. In 1996, he earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Cohen completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital in 1999. He completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology in 2002 at Fox Chase Cancer Center, and also served as Chief Fellow from 2001 to 2002.

Dr. Cohen specializes in the care and treatment of GI cancers. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, where he has served on the Scientific Program Committee for Colorectal Cancer and chaired the Test Development Committee. He is an active member of the GI Committee of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group where he has chaired the Colorectal Cancer Subcommittee.
