Stephanie Selby,RN,CPHQ,PCMH-CCE has been a Registered Nurse for the past 29 years and has worked in Primary Ambulatory Care, Regulatory and Accreditation Services, and served as Quality Director for Baylor Scott & White Clinics and Hospital prior to joining her current team as Director, Office of Healthcare Improvement for Baylor Scott & White Health. Stephanie thoroughly enjoys her work assisting sites to achieve and maintain recognition as Patient Centered Medical Homes through primary care transformation.
She has also assisted three Obstetric/Gynecology specialty practices achieve Patient Centered Specialty Practice (PCSP) recognition. In addition to her nursing degree, Stephanie holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and as a Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (PCMH-CCE).
