Stacey Mallin BS, MPA, CPHQ, PCMH CCE, CLSSBB

Stacey Mallin is the Director of Program Operations in the Clinical Integrated Network Independent Physician Assication (CIIPA) at Northwell Health. In this role, she leads of team of professionals working with community practices on transformation, evidence-based protocols, integration of behavioral health and leveraging heatlh inforamtion techonlogy.
Ms. Mallin has over 15 years of experience in driving improvement in performance and quality of healthcare organizations. Formerly, she was the Director of PCMH Advisory Services (now known as Practice Advancement Strategies) at HANYS Solutions where she was largely responsible creating and providing practice transformation education, guidance and expertise. Earlier, she severed in roles at Long Island College Hospital, Visiting Nurse Service of New York and VA New York Harbor Healthcare System.
Ms. Mallin has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from New York University (NYU) and a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (PCMH CCE) and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB).
