Stacey Ann Carter MD

Stacey A. Carter, M.D. is a surgical oncologist in Houston specializing in the surgical care of patients with breast disease (breast cancer and benign breast disease). An avid proponent of the multidisciplinary care of breast patients, she plays an integral role in the Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center. Dr. Carter is well trained in the use of seed localization for targeted removal of small volume breast disease. She has a strong interest in oncoplastic surgery and works closely with the plastic surgery and reconstructive team at Baylor College of Medicine to optimize aesthetic outcomes.
