Sonia Font Tellado MSc, PhD

Dr. Font Tellado has a background in genetics and extensive experience working with human stem cells and tissues. Dr. Font Tellado graduated with a Doctorate degree in Tissue Engineering at the Technical University of Munich. During her doctoral degree, Dr. Font Tellado worked in the development of biomaterial scaffolds for bone, ligament and cartilage repair. One of the focus points of her work was to improve the biocompatibility of biomaterial scaffolds to support cell growth and differentiation. Currently, Dr. Font Tellado is working as a study director for hemocompatibility studies at Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing in Munich, focusing on the biocompatibility of medical devices.
