Simon Robinson LLB, LLM

Dr. Simon was born and educated in South Wales before taking an LL.B at the University of North London. He was called to the Bar in 1991 by Lincoln’s Inn and returned to South Wales to undertake his pupillage at Iscoed Chambers, Swansea. Simon holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Human Rights Law with Distinction and a Graduate Certificate in Psychology. Dr. Simon has been Deputy Director for Legal Casework at the National Deaf Children’s Society, and also headed the Legal Rights Service of RNIB.

Simon has conducted cases in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, First Tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber and Social Entitlement Chamber) and the Upper Tribunal. Dr. Simon is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a member of the ADR Group Family Mediators’ Register. He is also an active member of the Bar Council’s Equality and Diversity Committee.
