Dr. Coogan is a Minimally Invasive Vascular Specialist. She specializes in treating the venous disease at her Vein Clinic in Bellaire and helps patients combat the arterial disease at the Memorial City location. She has published numerous articles, chapters, and abstracts on vascular surgery.
