Shamir Mehta MD

Shamir Mehta is currently Professor of Medicine at McMaster University and Director of Interventional Cardiology at Hamilton Health Science. He is the Director of Acute Coronary Syndromes and Interventional Cardiology Research Programs at the Population Health Research Institute.

He held a Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada Research Fellowship Award and a New Investigator Award from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (2003-2008).
