Scott J. Primack DO, FAOCPMR

Scott J. Primack, DO, FAOCPMR is a 1988 graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, with subsequent residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.He received his board certification from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

The primary focus of Dr. Primack’s practice is the diagnosis and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. He performs eletrodiagnostic studies, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, interventional lumbar spine injections and osteopathic manipulation. He currently serves as Medical Director for the Colorado Special Olympics. Dr. Primack has Level II Full Accreditation from the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. His area of research is in the design and implementation of functional outcome measures.
