Ruth Ann Frey MSN, CPNP

Ruth Frey, MSN, CPNP, is Executive Director of International Relationships and Programs for Global Medicine at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Ruth plays a central role in international business development as well as program development to support CHOP initiatives. She is responsible for new business and market development efforts, and working closely in managing and maintaining key strategic relationships.

Ruth, has been with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) . Her experience spans a wide range of clinical care settings, from the neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, to the emergency and transport services, to CHOP’s primary care practices. Ruth has also been instrumental in CHOP’s Global Health program since its inception. She has trained and mentored healthcare teams that provide outreach in developing nations, and has trained local health workers in those areas in improved methods of care delivery for children.
