Robyn has over 25 years of experience in the field of sleep medicine becoming one of the first 500 registered sleep technologists in the United States. She is passionate about providing education about sleep and associated disorders for both patients and healthcare professionals. Robyn is a registered nurse, holds a bachelor's degree in clinical research administration from The George Washington University and a master's degree in nursing with a specialty in education from Walden University. She is currently studying to become certified as a chronic health professional. In addition to presenting at local and national sleep conferences, Robyn is a past board member of the AAST, past Chief Board Examiner of the BRPT and the invited chairperson for the Clinical Sleep Educator program through the BRPT. In addition she has been the recipient of many industry awards including the Carskaden Research Award for Sleep Technologists.
