Robin Dole PT, DPT, EdD, PCS

Dr. Robin L. Dole, PT, DPT, EdD, PCS, is a distinguished physical therapist, educator, researcher, and academic leader serving as Dean of the College of Health & Human Services at Widener University. With more than three decades of experience in pediatric physical therapy, higher education, and professional leadership, she has made significant contributions to advancing physical therapy education, competency-based learning, and community-engaged healthcare initiatives.

Dr. Dole earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy with a Pediatric Fellowship from the University of Indianapolis, a Doctor of Education in Child and Youth Studies from Nova Southeastern University, and a post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist whose clinical expertise spans early intervention, school-based services, child motor development, developmental disorders, and pediatric rehabilitation.

As a scholar and educator, Dr. Dole's research focuses on pediatric physical therapy, competency-based education, curriculum development, critical thinking, leadership, civic engagement, and service-learning. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has been widely recognized for her contributions to physical therapy education and professional practice.
