Robin A. Leahy BSN, RN, FHRS, CCDS

Robin Leahy is Director of Electrophysiology Services at the Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has operational and programmatic oversight of the EP service line including multiple device clinics and multiple EP Labs at several hospitals, and ambulatory practice EP programmatic initiatives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bloomfield College in New Jersey. Ms. Leahy has received several CHS Quality Division Touchstone Awards over the years. She has experience in the areas of clinical, financial, legal and compliance with respect to healthcare administration. She is a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) and a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS). Robin has served on multiple HRS committees, including as Chair of the Allied Professionals Education Subcommittee, and on the Education Committee and the Scientific Sessions Program Committee, increasing the educational programs and roles for Allied Professionals within the Society.
