Dr. Randy Karim graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2004 and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in 2008. After graduation, Dr. Karim completed the Lulenski-Smith Neurological Physical Therapy Residency Program at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During this post-doctoral training, he worked as a clinician on the Brain Injury and Trauma team and completed gait analysis research with brain injury and stroke survivors.

Dr. Karim returned to the Cleveland Clinic as a staff clinician in 2009, currently at The Mellen Center, a specialty outpatient clinic for Multiple Sclerosis. He has also been involved with stroke research at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center and has guest lectured at several universities. Dr. Karim is currently the Director of the Neurological PT Residency program at the Cleveland Clinic.
