Randolph P. Holmes received my undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and my medical degree from the University of Southern California (USC). I completed my Residency in Family Medicine at USC/PIH. I practice in a multispecialty medical group in Southern California, PIH Health. I am medical director of L.A.CADA, a drug and alcohol treatment program serving low income clients. I still practice primary care medicine in addition to addiction medicine. I’m Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. I am Chair of the Public Policy Committee for CSAM. I’m married, 3 children, live in Whittier, California.
