Prof. Ramesh Kumar Sen, Ms, DNB, PhD (Orthopedics).Formerly at PGIMER-Chandigarh, a Stalwart in the field of Orthopedic Surgery, Joins Fortis Hospital Mohali. After getting Basic Orthopedic education in India, Prof Sen Received further training in Germany and USA.
He has over 28 years of experience in Orthopedic surgery,including 20 years as Faculty at PGIMER. He was elevated as Professor in the Department Of Orthopedics,PGIMER,in 2008. Prof Sen has extensive surgical experience in management of pelvi-acetabular injuries and hip and knee joint replacement surgery.He has also pioneered the role of stem cell treatment in AVN disease of the hip joint and holds significant experience in complex joint replacements,revision hip and knee arthroplasty and complicated trauma.
