Philip D. Orons DO

Dr. Philip Orons is a Professor of Radiology in the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, a member of the UPMC Department of Radiology, and Chief of Interventional Radiology at UPMC where he has been an attending Interventional Radiologist since 1991. Dr. Orons was the Director of the UPMC Diagnostic Radiology Residency from May, 2000 through December, 2013. Dr. Orons has authored or co-authored more than 100 scientific papers, book chapters, monographs, abstracts, and scientific presentations, and has given more than 100 regional and national presentations on clinical and educational topics within the fields of Postgraduate Medical Education, and Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.
