General radiologists, residents, and other subspecialists who want to review other areas of radiology may be interested in taking these online courses. Most courses include an audio-visual presentation, as well as a corresponding transcript. Essentials courses are free to members.

• Describe basic technical aspects of cross-sectional imaging tests used in patients with hematuria.
• List the most common causes of hematuria and the key diagnostic imaging features.
• Define causes of acute and chronic uterine bleeding.
• Identify appropriate patients for transcatheter, medical or surgical therapy based on patient presentation, imaging findings and clinical circumstances.
• Describe the clinical presentation and imaging findings of uterine arteriovenous malformations.
• Compare outcomes of surgical and percutaneous therapy for the treatment and prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.
