Peter C. Rimensberger MD

Peter Rimensberger completed his medical studies in Fribourg and Berne and completed his training in pediatrics and pediatric intensive care in Lucerne and Bern. From 1993 to 1995, he completed a fellowship in the Department of Critical Care and Respiratory Research at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Back in Switzerland in 1995, he joined the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the HUG and he was appointed the head of that unit in 2002. It carries a title of FMH specialist in pediatrics, intensive care, and neonatology.
