Paul B. Perryman MS, BSN, RN, NE-BC

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Chapel Hill in 2008. In the 10 years since completing this degree, he served at UNC Hospitals in the critical care setting for 7.5 years and more recently as the Nurse Manager in psychiatry over the Crisis Stabilization Unit, Geropsychiatry, Perinatal Psychiatry and the Electroconvulsive Therapy clinic. As manager of the nursing component of the Behavior Response Team at UNC Hospitals, Paul has been working the past two years to establish the Behavior Response Team as a system that incorporates oversight and quality improvement in an attempt to best serve frontline healthcare workers and provide differentiated and therapeutic care to dysregulated patients.
