Pam Turner, RN, MBA/HCM is a visionary leader with the ability to analyze complex problems and create solutions that support the organization’s mission and vision. She has a proven track record in developing actionable plans that achieve and sustain operational goals.

A consummate professional, Turner has honed her skills working across the country in full-time positions and as a healthcare consultant at acute care hospitals, clinics, governmental agencies and healthcare organizations. Turner has served as vice president of an eight acute care hospital system in San Antonio, as an emergency department director that included air transport and led a multi-city Alabama hospice program as regional director.

Turner has enthusiastically led the development of efficient delivery systems for outstanding customer service, innovative leadership development, excellent process improvement, E.H.R. implementation and improved patient flow. Her education, work experience and passion for making a difference in health care shine through in her daily work.
