Norman V. Carroll PhD

Norman V. Carroll, R.Ph, Ph.D., Professor of Pharmacoeconomics & Health Outcomes at Virginia Commonwealth University, as the Resident Health Outcomes Expert on the RxEOB team. Dr. Carroll will be working with RxEOB full time for the next year while on sabbatical from his university position. Dr. Carroll has an extensive background in cost analysis, managed care pharmacy and pharmaceutical marketing. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Masters and Doctorate degrees in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He taught for several years at the University of Georgia before coming to his current position at Virginia Commonwealth University.
