Dr. Norman So is originally from Hong Kong but received many years of education and training in England, United States and Canada. He was first appointed as a staff physician at the Cleveland Clinic in 1989 in the Section of Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders, with duties in the Department of Neurology. He became director of the Epilepsy Fellowship Program. He left in 1994 to work for many years as Director of the Oregon Comprehensive Epilepsy Program at Legacy Portland Hospital in Portland, Oregon. In 2009 he returned to the Epilepsy Center, Cleveland Clinic to focus on his interests in Adult Epilepsy, EEG, and seizure monitoring.
