Dr. Nicole Kucine is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Pediatrician at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. After completing her Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Wellesley College, Dr. Kucine relocated to New York City where she received her medical degree (MD) from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn (now the State University of New York-Downstate Medical Center). She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey in 2006 and served as Chief Resident from 2006-2007.

After residency, Dr. Kucine completed a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at the combined program of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). At MSKCC, she served as Special Fellow, looking at new therapeutic agents for high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). In 2015 Dr. Kucine received her Master's Degree in Clinical and Translational Investigation studying Myeloproliferative Disorders in children.
