Peng Soon Ng MBBS, MRCP

Dr. Peng Soon Ng graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005 with an M.B.B.S degree and subsequently obtained his membership in the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 2010. He received his specialty certificate in Neurology from the Federation of Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom and The Association of British Neurologists in 2012. He was trained in Neurology & Neurophysiology at the National Neuroscience Institute, Singapore.

He has also been a certified electroencephalographer by Asian Epilepsy Academy since 2014. In 2016 he went to complete a fellowship in Peripheral Nerve Disorders at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, USA under the supervision of Professor P. James B. Dyck. His interests are in peripheral neuropathy and clinical neurophysiology. He performs & interprets EMG. He also interprets & reports EEG, autonomic function study & nerve biopsy. He is currently a Senior Clinical Lecturer with Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine & a core faculty member for Neurology residency in SingHealth where he mentors medical students and trainees in their clinical training.
