Natasha N. Rishi-bohra BA, MPH, PCMH, CCE

Natasha Rishi-Bohra is a Strategy Manager, Practice Transformation at the Primary Care Information Project (PCIP), a bureau of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Natasha manages implementation and curriculum development of PCIP's practice transformation programs such as the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), the School-Based Medical Home (SBMH), CMS Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI) and Quality Payment Program (QPP), and work across NYS and NYC Accountable Care Organizations (ACO).
Natasha has seven years of experience designing strategies and operationalizing state-based health initiatives, including Health Information Exchanges (HIE), Health Insurance Exchanges (HIX), and Home Community Based Services (HCBS). Additionally, Natasha has worked closely with FQHCs and safety-net hospitals to implement strategies to tackle social determinants of health. Natasha received her MPH from the Boston University School of Public Health and her BA from The University of Michigan School of Kinesiology.
