Nabila Dahodwala, MD, MS is a Professor of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine. She is the Movement Disorders Fellowship Director and Director of the Patient-Oriented Research Curriculum for the Neurology Residents at Penn. In addition to her clinical interests in Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, Dr. Dahodwala’s research interests relate to health services and health policy. She leads a number of projects that study patient, physician, and health system-level barriers to high-value care for patients with neurodegenerative diseases and tests pragmatic interventions to improve care.

Nabila received her MD from Columbia University and completed her residency in Neurology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She then completed a clinical fellowship at the Philadelphia VA’s Parkinson’s Disease Research, Education and Clinical Care Center (PADRECC) and a health policy fellowship through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
