Monica Richey BSN, MSN, ANP-BC, GNP

Monica Richey, BSN, MSN, ANP-BC, GNP, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Rheumatology at Northwell Health in Great Neck, New York. She has been a nurse for 18 years, 15 of them in the field of rheumatology. She received her training at Hospital for Special Surgery, where she worked for 10 years and developed several different patient education programs, including cardiovascular disease prevention, contraception, and preventive health. She is the advocate chair for the Rheumatology Nurse Society and has participated in several Washington, DC meetings, helping to support patient advocacy groups and making the patients' voices heard.
