Milton Raff MBChB, FCA(SA)

Dr. Milton Raff is the medical specialist who is in charge of the Pain Management Clinic in Cape Town, South Africa. He is a specialist anaesthesiologist who has been managing pain for 17 years. Dr. Raff is the current President of PAISA, the South African Chapter of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP). and is a member of the Working Group for Developing Countries of the IASP.

Milton Raff is the Editor of the Journal of PAISA. He is the immediate Past President of the South African Society of Anaesthesiologists and is the Chairperson of the Acute Pain Committee of the World Federation of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA) Dr. Raff is a medical doctor with additional training and experience in the advanced techniques of pain relief. He uses a highly professional medical approach to the understanding of pain and how it works, how it affects our ability to function in daily life, and how it affects our psychological outlook.
