He is directing a customer centric cultural transformation across the European marketing function establishing industry leading Customer Experience capabilities in Pfizer’s Innovative Product Business for this region. He is accountable for creating and embedding a Customer Experience framework across Europe drawing from best practice found inside and outside of the pharmaceutical industry.
