Michelle Shogren

Michelle is the Portfolio and Operations Innovation Manager in Global Clinical Development at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Michelle has a Bachelor degree in Biology and over 15 years of experience in Clinical Research across many different roles. She began her journey as a research nurse and site director. From there she became a Clinical Research Associate at a CRO, and finally joined Bayer in 2008 where she has held multiple roles in Clinical Operations and Business Excellence and Innovation.
