Meghan Mary Walsh MD, MPH, FACP

Dr. Walsh earned her medical degree in 2001 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master's in Public Health at Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health in 1997. She completed her residency training in internal medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2004, followed by a Chief Residency before joining the Hennepin County Medical Center Internal Medicine staff in 2005.

Dr. Walsh is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and works as a cardiac hospitalist. Dr. Walsh was appointed the Chief Academic Officer at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2012. Dr. Walsh is an internist who works as a cardiac hospitalist with clinical expertise in congestive heart failure, hypertension, and coronary disease.
